Nifty Fifty Hub Terms of Use
Conditions for authorised use of the private application.

1. Restricted access
Nifty Fifty Hub is a private production and analytics application. It is not a public results service. Access may be granted only to approved users and may be removed when authorisation is withdrawn.
2. Authorised use
Users must keep their account credentials private, use the Hub only for approved production or analytical purposes, and respect any third-party channel owners' rights and workplace or organisational policies that may apply to the data they access.
3. YouTube account connection
Only someone with the appropriate permissions and authority for a YouTube channel should authorise the integration. The application requests read-only YouTube channel information and YouTube Analytics access; it does not request video-upload, editing or deletion permissions. Use of the Hub's YouTube API features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service ↗.
4. Accuracy and availability
Reports and recordings may be incomplete, delayed, cached or unavailable due to the source data or service availability. Hub reporting is informational and does not replace the connected platform's official reporting. Google and YouTube do not sponsor or endorse Nifty Fifty Hub.
5. Privacy, withdrawal and support
Our Privacy Policy explains the data accessed and stored, limitations of the current disconnect process, and how to request deletion. Users can independently manage connected apps in Google security permissions ↗. For any privacy, access or technical concern, email info@paulyypudd.com.
6. Updates
These terms may be updated to reflect new functionality, Google/YouTube requirements or changes to how the private application is operated. The date above records the latest publication revision.
